foodRegio Working Group: Products and Innovation

The word “innovation” is on everyone’s lips. Although we read and hear it everywhere, it’s often just a marketing catchword the meaning of which is hard to pin down. foodRegio is committed to giving it a clear definition. Our working groups share this purpose.

This working group focuses on product-related innovations. It is concerned with the management and implementation of new, innovative products or product characteristics.
